Beef Steak with mashed Sweet Potato
- Cow Steak
- Sweet potato
- Black pepper
- Olive oil

1-Peel the sweet potatoes, wash well and cut into small cubes to facilitate the cooking, place to bake.
2-Cut a piece of generous aluminum foil and place the beef steak inside it. Season with a wire of olive oil.
